Primary School & Active After School Programs

Sword Fighting (fencing) is an exhilarating sport that improves the physical and mental attributes and is an excellent alternative sport for primary school. 

Blacklords fencing club began teaching at schools in the late 90′s and in 2006 it began to get involved with the Active after school/OHSC programs.  In 2008 it delivered its programs to over 100 schools around Victoria. 

The popularity of this sport is growing and with movies for children depicting sword wielding hero′s such as the Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars, and many animations, it′s no wonder!   The activity is safe with all protective gear supplied.

Program Prices

End of term fun Beginners Comp

Children who wish to have the opportunity to compete in a beginners competition with beginners from other primary schools involved. These competitions are held at the end of each term. Winners take home medals or a trophy.
